Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

xharma and the CB Files: File Manager app have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

CB Files: File Manager does not permit content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual grooming of minors, sexual exploitation of children, sextortion involving minors, trafficking or solicitation of children for sexual purposes, and any other form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, or other child-safety concerns by contacting us at:

Reports should include enough information for us to understand and investigate the concern, such as relevant usernames, content, file references, or other identifying information where available.

Handling of Reports

We take reports concerning child safety seriously. When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take appropriate action, including removing or restricting access to content, suspending or terminating user access, preserving relevant information where appropriate, and reporting matters to relevant authorities or organizations when required by applicable law.

Cooperation With Authorities

xharma will cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement authorities and relevant organizations in accordance with applicable laws and legal requirements concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation.
